You can only request a refund if your wallet balance is a positive value.
If your wallet balance displays a negative value, please top it up to a positive value in order to be eligible for a deposit refund.
On the "My Deposit screen", tap on "Refund Deposit".
You will be required to submit a form with your banking details for your refund to be processed.
We will send a confirmation email to your registered email address.
Once confirmed, please expect your refund within 10 working days.
