What are the steps to refund my deposit?
First things first, ensure that you have a positive value in your account. You can only request a refund if your wallet balance is a positive value.
If your wallet balance displays a negative value, please top it up to a positive value in order to be eligible for a deposit refund.
Steps to get your refund
1. Launch ChargeUp and click in the ChargeUp menu (). Then, click on the "My Wallet" button.
2. Click on the "My Deposit" screen located at the bottom of the page
3. Tap on "Refund Deposit".
Note: - You will be required to submit a form with your banking details for your refund to be processed.
- We will send a confirmation email to your registered email address.
- Once confirmed, please expect your refund within 10 working days.
