Option 1: Contacting us via our social media
You can contact us via our social media on Facebook and Instagram “@ChargeUpMY”. Press the message button and send us your inquiries.
Option 2: Using the in-app live-chat feature
You can use the live-chat feature available in the ChargeUp app at the bottom left corner in the Home page.
Go to the Charge Up menu () and click on "Help" and choose the live chat option to contact us
Option 3: Email us!
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer service officer will respond to your inquiries.
Option 4: Using the chat button in our website.
