- Submit a report regarding any faulty power banks or machines, in which once verified, you will be rewarded with free rental hours.
- Submit a dispute regarding rental sessions and transactions.
- Contact Team ChargeUp for general assistance and collaboration opportunities.
If not authorised, do note that the quality of our customer service may be not up to your expectations.
